Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PitchPage (pitchpage.co), operated by a Canadian sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language on purpose.

The service

PitchPage lets you build a personal pitch page from your résumé — free to build and edit. Publishing a page as a public, shareable link costs one credit. Credits are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and they never expire.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds: unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase — just email support@pitchpage.co. Once a credit has been used to publish a page, it's been spent and is non-refundable (you can keep editing the published page as much as you like).

Your content

Everything you upload — résumé, photos, video, page text — remains yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service (including AI composition of your page and public display of pages you choose to publish). You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for its accuracy — a pitch page is a representation you make to employers, not one we make.

Acceptable use

Don't use PitchPage to impersonate someone else, publish false credentials, infringe copyright, harass anyone, distribute malware, or host content that's illegal where you or we operate. We may unpublish content or terminate accounts that violate these rules; if we terminate your account for abuse, spent credits are not refunded.

Service quality

We work hard to keep PitchPage fast and available, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages — like a job opportunity that didn't pan out — and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
