I prospect by research, not by volume. Your posting says that is the job.

Sole revenue owner of HR.com's certification prep line, running the full cycle into HR directors and executives with no SDR and no sales engineer behind me.

Profile

I also build the tooling the outreach runs on. Newfoundland born, moving home to St. John's.

Introduction

01

Why this seat, specifically

Not a volume dialer

Your posting draws the line itself: this is not a traditional high-volume prospecting role, success comes from thoughtful research and relationship building. That is already how I work. Every email I send names something specific about that person's situation, their recertification cycle, their accreditation, the cart

A compliance-sensitive sale

I sell credentialing programs where a wrong claim ends the conversation and a bad-fit sale becomes a refund. I hold a verified-claims-only standard on pass rates, guarantees, and pricing. Financial crime software has the same shape: regulated buyers, real consequences, no room for a loose number.

C-suite is the normal day

No SDR passes me anything. I find the person, work out whether they are the decision maker or the influencer, and hold the conversation with directors, VPs, and executives at municipalities, utilities, healthcare systems, and national employers.

Newfoundland, not a relocation risk

I grew up in Stoneville. I am moving home to St. John's, so the three-days-in-office requirement is the reason this role works rather than the obstacle. I am a Canadian citizen with no authorization to arrange.

02

What I would bring that is not on the resume

I build the systems I sell with

HR.com's CRM has no public API. Rather than wait on engineering or let the record go stale, I built a browser-agent bridge that keeps it current automatically. I also built an inbound pipeline that classifies senders, drafts replies in my voice, and queues every one for human approval before it sends, because automation should never speak unreviewed.

I mention it because an ADR seat lives or dies on research throughput and CRM hygiene, and I have spent two years automating exactly those two things for myself. Verafin is shipping an agentic AI workforce to its customers. I would arrive already fluent in what that is and what it is not.

He completely transformed the way many of us think about and use AI in our day-to-day work. The AI workflows, automations, and strategies he's introduced have easily saved me 20+ hours every week. He's constantly looking for better, smarter, and more innovative ways to solve problems. I can recommend him without hesitation.

Happy to talk about the move and the timing.

Application is in for R0026840. I grew up in Stoneville, so coming home is the plan rather than a relocation I need talking into. I can be on the ground in St. John's ahead of a start date.
