Sole seller of HRCI and SHRM certification prep programs to individual HR practitioners and corporate HR departments, serving a 2.2 million member audience.
Sole revenue owner of the certification prep line, managing prospecting, discovery, proposals, closing, renewals, and expansion without SDR or sales engineer support.
Built a personal AI sales OS for lead triage (HOT/QUALIFY/DEAD), a browser-agent CRM bridge for automated updates, and a draft-only email workflow for human-approved AI replies.
Shipped an n8n inbound-email pipeline for sender classification, in-voice reply drafting, CRM logging, and review queuing, significantly cutting response lag on inbound leads.
