Greg Osmond

I built your fifth module in one evening. Imagine what I could build with your roadmap.

I build working AI products solo, fast, and in the client's own brand.

Profile

SettleIn AI is the proof: a full community module for RelocateIQ with an HR command view, a voice guide that greets every family by name in five languages, weekly check-ins that score themselves, and live alerts that tell HR who needs help. Built with Lovable, Supabase, Claude Code and ElevenLabs. By day I am the sole seller of HR.com's certification prep line, so I build for the HR buyer I talk to every week.

Introduction

What I built for you

An HR command view

Every relocating family sorted by who needs help first, each with a Settle Score, the signal behind it and one next best action. Click a family for its score trend and check-in history, and mark the action done.

A guide that knows each family

A friendly robot greets the family by name, knows their city, their move and their circle, and answers from tips other families shared. It talks in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French or Arabic.

Check-ins that remember

Once a week the guide checks in by voice, recalls what they said last time, and scores the conversation. HR gets the summary in English within seconds.

Live alerts and an AI digest

The moment a family drops into the red, HR sees a banner with the reason and the next step. An AI weekly digest sums up who needs attention and why.

Arrival Circles and welcome pages

Families meet others who landed the same month plus a local Destination Host, and get a welcome page to share with their new school and neighbors.

Ask the city

Answers come only from what families who moved there before have shared, with the number of families each answer came from.

How I work

Working software, in your brand, fast

I do not hand over mockups. I build the real thing: a live app on Lovable and Supabase with row-level security on every table, AI server functions, and a voice agent on ElevenLabs. Claude Code does the heavy building from my specs, which keeps it fast and keeps costs low.

SettleIn is styled in your brand, seeded with eight sample families across Lisbon, Singapore, Amsterdam and Mexico City, published privately and hidden from search engines. The integrations with your four modules are a design, ready to wire up once I can see your systems.

What I can build next for RelocateIQ

Take SettleIn to a pilot

Real logins for HR and families, multiple client companies with their own data, an admin screen to add families, and email invites. Ready to put in front of a real client.

Wire it into your four modules

Visa milestones that trigger arrival nudges, profile data that picks circle and host matches, InstantPay for host stipends, and a MoveGreen swap board for leaving and arriving families.

New modules on your roadmap

Partner career tracks, school finders, pre-departure prep, or whatever your clients keep asking for. Same approach: a working demo first, then the build.

Sales tools that close deals

Narrated demo videos, voice agents and pitch pages like this one. I made a sample SettleIn sales page your team could send to HR and mobility prospects tomorrow. The link is at the bottom of this page.

What colleagues say

He completely transformed the way many of us think about and use AI in our day-to-day work. The AI workflows, automations, and strategies he's introduced have easily saved me 20+ hours every week. He's constantly looking for better, smarter, and more innovative ways to solve problems. I can recommend him without hesitation.
